I don’t heal women.

I help them rebel.

Hi, I’m Susan — Life Redesign Specialist, author of ENOUGH, and unapologetic breaker of rules.

For years, my life was survival. Abuse. Trauma. Picking myself back up, only to get lost in the endless loop of “healing.” I bought into it all: the therapy, the courses, the diagnoses, the gurus, the endless journalling.

I even became part of the machine myself — selling “healing programmes,” parroting the language of trauma, narcissism, and high-vibe nonsense. I thought I was helping, but deep down I knew something wasn’t right.

And then it hit me: this isn’t healing — it’s another trap.

The healing-industrial complex thrives on keeping women broken, endlessly fixing, and never fully free. I was done.

My Rebellion

The moment I stopped trying to heal and started living, everything changed.

I danced in my living room.
I made choices for me without waiting for permission.
I stopped carrying labels like scars.
I stopped fixing. I started creating.

And that’s when I finally felt free.

Now, my mission is clear: to help women like you ditch the healing trap, smash the labels, and

build bold, messy, unapologetic lives that are actually worth living.

What I’ve Created

  • ENOUGH: A Woman’s Rebellion Against Healing, Narcs, and Labels — my book, my manifesto, my line in the sand.

  • The Rebellion Experience — not a course, not therapy, but a living rebellion. A space where women step into freedom with rebellion in action, unlearning prompts, and unapologetic support.

Who I Work With

I work with women who’ve:

Survived abuse or toxic relationships.

Tried the healing treadmill and are exhausted by it.

Had enough of being labelled, diagnosed, or “not ready.”

Are craving life, joy, rebellion, and freedom instead of more fixing.

A Little More Personal

I’m also an old hippy at heart, a traveller on a budget, and a woman who celebrates birthdays with champagne and rebellion instead of waiting for someone else to make it special.

I know what it means to lose yourself. I also know what it takes to rise without apology.

 Your Next Step

If you’re done waiting until you’re “healed enough,” you’re in the right place.

Because you don’t need another course. You need rebellion.
